  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Mason jar

Ingredients

Overnight Oats Base with shredded carrot

  • 45 gr Oats
  • 100 ml Almond Milk
  • 30 gr Quark
  • 15 gr Chia seeds
  • 1 drop Stevia
  • 5 gr Honey
  • 10 gr Shredded Carrot

Toppings

  • 5 gr Walnuts
  • 5 gr Raisins

Cinnamon Quark Topping

  • 100 gr Quark
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 drop Stevia
Start Cooking

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients for the Oat base with carrot together in a bowl and stir well.
  • in a seperate bowl add all the ingredients together for the cinnamon Quark
  • Place the Base into a Mason Jar
  • Top with the mason Jar with the Cinnamon Quark
  • Sprinkle the walnuts and raisins over the top
  • Place the Mason Jar in the Fridge overnight
