  • 1 Mason jar

Ingredients

Overnight Oats Base

  • 45 gr Oats
  • 100 ml Coconut Milk
  • 30 gr Quark
  • 15 gr Chia seeds
  • 1 drop Stevia
  • 5 gr Honey
  • 1 squeeze Lime Juice

Toppings

  • 5 gr Shredded Coconut
  • 10 gr Fresh Pineapple
  • 10 GR Fresh Mango
Start Cooking

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients for the Oat base together in a bowl and stir well.
  • Place the Base into a Mason Jar
  • Top with the mason Jar with the fresh fruit
  • Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the top
  • Place the Mason Jar in the Fridge overnight
