  • 55 Grams Bananas
  • 200 Grams Mixed berries Frozen
  • 30 Grams Quark/high protein yoghut
  • 100 Grams Water
  • 1 scoop Protein powder

  • Once everything is weight out blend with the stick blender or the type of blender you have
