  • 80 Grams Banana
  • 50 Grams Mango Frozen
  • 50 Grams Pineapple Frozen
  • 30 Grams Avacado Frozen or fresh
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 200 Grams Water


  • Weigh all ingredients either in the blender cup or individually and place them in the blender cup
