Unlike detox juices, this shake is more filling due to its fiber and natural fats. The goal is to deliver a balanced drink that fuels the body while still tasting smooth and slightly sweet.
1–2 handfuls spinach or kale
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango
1–1.5 cups almond milk (or preferred milk)
1–2 tablespoons coconut oil (optional)
Optional: protein powder or yogurt
Start by adding the liquid and greens to the blender first. This helps break down the fibers and creates a smoother base. Then add the frozen fruit and any extras. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Pour almond milk into the blender and add the spinach or kale.
Blend briefly to fully break down the greens.
Add frozen banana and mango for sweetness and thickness.
Add coconut oil, protein powder, or yogurt if using.
Blend on high until creamy and lump-free.
Pour into a glass and serve fresh.
Serve cold in a tall glass. For a thicker consistency, reduce liquid slightly. For a lighter version, add more almond milk or ice.
You can also top it with sliced fruit or seeds for extra texture.

If needed, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking, as separation may occur.
