Peel the banana and remove the tops from the strawberries if using fresh ones.
Place the banana, strawberries, peanut butter, protein powder, and milk into the blender.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
If the shake is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again until you reach your desired texture.
